Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
damit ihr managed Server die aktuellen System- und Software-Updates erhält, ist eine regelmäßige Wartung notwendig.
Update Umfang: Betriebssystem und Middleware
Sofern die System-Aktualisierung einen Reboot Ihres Servers erfordert, werden wir diesen im Zuge der Wartung durchführen, daher kann es in dem genannten Zeitraum nicht nur zu Performanceeinbußen kommen, sondern auch eine kurz zeitliche Nichterreichbarkeit des Servers eintreten.
Wir haben unsere Update-Prozesse so weit wie möglich für Sie automatisiert, um Fehler und Nichterreichbarkeit zu reduzieren.
Für Kunden, die sowohl eine Produktiv-, als auch eine Entwicklungsumgebung haben, ist das Vorgehen wie folgt:
Wir bitten betreffende Kunden uns innerhalb der sieben Tage zu informieren, sofern es nach der Aktualisierung der Entwicklungsumgebung zu Problemen kommt.

a regular maintenance is necessary so that your managed server receives the latest system and software updates.
Update scope: operating system and middleware
If the system update requires a reboot of your server, we will do this in the course of the maintenance, so not only may performance losses occur during the period mentioned, but the server may also be temporarily unavailable.
We have automated our processes for you as far as possible to reduce errors and unavailability.
For customers who have both a production and a development environment, the procedure is as follows:
- Update development systems: January 10, 2023 8:00 p.m - Update productive systems: January 17, 2023 8:00 p.m
We ask affected customers to inform us within seven days if there are any problems after updating the development environment.
